Privacy notice

How we handle information submitted to Fantasma for customer acquisition and earlier grant-calendar conversations. Updated October 22, 2026.

01

What we ask for

The website-first inquiry asks for a public business link (or a brief description if you have no website), name, email, role, and permission to store and answer the request; your goal is optional. Ghost, our AI operator, reviews public material and replies with a proposed understanding for you to correct. Other forms may ask for your business, location, product or service and goal. Earlier grant-calendar inquiries could include public programs or calendar entries; that offer has been withdrawn. Do not include applicant, donor or beneficiary records. Contact details are private and do not appear in shared maps. With optional measurement permission, campaign identifiers may also be stored to identify the source of an inquiry.

02

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your request, discuss customer acquisition and address earlier grant-calendar conversations, and measure which sources produce inquiries. Submitting a request does not create a sale or agreement.

03

Optional measurement

With your acceptance, Fantasma totals page views, first form edits and newly saved inquiries on four entry pages. These counters store only UTC day, page, event type and count, with no form content, contact data, IP or visitor identifiers. Each event/page total is capped at 1,000 per day. Reports cover the last 30 days; older totals are removed when the next measurement arrives. These are opted-in events, not unique people or sales. Earlier edits are not replayed on acceptance. Withdrawal stops future events without undoing anonymous totals. Measurement is off until you choose to accept it. If accepted, Google Ads may receive advertising identifiers and browser technical data to measure visits and requests. We do not send form content or contact details to Google Ads, enable ad personalization, or collect contact details automatically for ads. A random inquiry ID may be used to avoid counting a saved request twice.

04

Your measurement choice

You can decline measurement and still use the site and send an inquiry. The form’s permission to store and answer your request is separate. Use Measurement preferences at the bottom of a page to change your choice. We store your choice, version, and date in this browser for up to 180 days; if browser storage fails, it applies only to the current page. Withdrawing permission stops future activity after a reload but cannot delete data Google already received.

05

Previously saved maps

New map generation is paused. Previously created maps can remain accessible by link and may contain a business goal, location, audience, and optional website. Earlier map creation used OpenAI with submitted map details and, where provided, page excerpts. We do not send the content or contact details of a new inquiry to a model to create a map.

06

Retention and requests

When a request does not advance, we aim to delete the inquiry, related map, and their data within 90 days. For a business relationship, we keep only what is needed to operate, measure results, and meet applicable obligations. Email hola@fantasma.bot to request access, correction, or deletion.

07

Sensitive data

We use reasonable measures to limit access. Do not send passwords, bank details, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive data through this form or email.
